Odelay

While working as a professional graphic designer I was constantly looking for a versatile, expansive, typeface family with a bit of character. While at Reading University’s MATD program I decided to create this typeface family, Odelay. At the same time I was reading lots of small, local magazines. Most of these ’zines are extremely varied and thus, written for a very specific audiences. So, I thought a unique, friendly workhorse typeface family complete with italics, small caps, display weights and Greek & Cyrillic accompaniments would do the job nicely.
